Easy Identification - The first step in inspection and equipment maintenance.

Field ID uses RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), barcodes and serial numbers that can be read by a handheld device to allow instant tracking and identification of all assets in the field. The result is the only ISCM system to provide accurate inspection histories and audit trail, (without the paperwork that normally comes with it.)

RFID

With Field ID, RFID enabled equipment can be easily identified without a line of site. Once read, Field ID can automatically tell you how to inspect that piece of equipment and whether it is safe to use. Simple.

RFID tags are also incredibly durable. Unlike traditional forms of identification such as serial numbers or bar codes that can be rubbed off on heavily used equipment, RFID tags are small, durable and able to withstand inclement weather. In short, they're indestructible.

Open System identification

While RFID has its upsides, we know that some organizations prefer to use their own proprietary tags, barcodes and serial numbers. With this in mind, Field ID was designed on open architecture to work in conjunction with any existing system. If you can tag it, Field ID can read it. At no time will you be locked into using our hardware exclusively.
